Filming Requests

Photo, Video & Production

Commercial filming, documentary work, promotional shoots, interviews, livestreams, music videos, event coverage, and drone footage must be reviewed and approved before production.

Production teams may be required to provide insurance, schedule details, crew size, equipment information, and intended use.

Guest Privacy

Respecting Guests & Families

Guests, families, children, vendors, volunteers, and private event attendees may not be photographed, filmed, interviewed, livestreamed, or commercially used without proper permission.

Media teams are expected to respect privacy, safety, and the family-friendly nature of the property.

Drone Policy

Aerial Filming

Drone use is not automatically permitted. Any drone flight over Sparks Lake Activity Center, guest areas, parking areas, events, buildings, lake areas, or nearby property must be approved in advance.

Operators are responsible for following all FAA, local, state, and safety requirements.

Property Access

Restricted Areas

Certain areas may be closed to media or guests due to restoration, construction, private events, safety issues, equipment, lakefront conditions, or operational needs.

Access to one area does not grant access to all areas of the property or connected Sparks-operated properties.

Brand Use

Names, Logos & Images

Use of Sparks Lake Activity Center, SLACNAC, Spark's Lake Network, Sparks Lake Resort, Sparks Trucking, Swift Church, related logos, marks, images, or property likenesses may require written permission.

Approved media may be supplied with official names, descriptions, images, and brand guidance.

Before You Film Or Publish

To protect our guests, visitors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, property, and community partners, all media and filming requests should include:

  • Name of organization, outlet, company, or production group
  • Primary contact name, phone number, and email
  • Requested filming or interview date
  • Purpose of coverage or production
  • Areas of the property requested
  • Expected crew size and equipment
  • Whether drone footage is requested
  • Whether guests, vendors, children, or staff may appear on camera
  • Where the final content will be published or distributed
Approval may be denied, limited, delayed, or revoked at any time for safety, privacy, event operations, guest protection, property protection, or scheduling conflicts.
